"Leather seems decent, just not super soft"
The leather feels real and decent, but I was kind of expecting it to be a little softer, maybe more broken-in feeling. It does have that nice leather smell and looks good right out of the box, so I can’t really complain too much there.

After using it for a bit, maybe a couple weeks or so, I started noticing some marks showing up quicker than I thought they would. It’s not bad quality, just feels more average than amazing for what I paid...

Got my order from lussoleather.com and the packaging was good. The box had a small dent on it, so I was a little worried at first, but the item inside was fine and looked protected. Not perfect, but no real complaints. I’d give it 4 stars

"More comfortable than I expected"
I was hoping these would be comfortable enough for everyday wear, and they definitely met that expectation. They feel good even after having them on all day, which is exactly what I wanted.

"The old “looks nothing like the photos” special"
Yeah, this definitely wasn’t what I thought I was getting. The photos made it look way better, but in person it was giving major “expectation vs. reality” vibes. Not impressed.

"Way too expensive for what you get"
The quality is okay, but the price feels way too high for what it is. I expected a lot more, and now I feel like I can’t really trust the value they’re claiming. Kind of disappointing.

I’ll admit it looked really nice when I first got it, but that good impression didn’t last long. After just a few weeks of normal use, the leather started cracking. Disappointing, especially since I expected it to hold up better.

The products look really nice, and I was interested in finding a leather bag I liked. But browsing the site was more of a little endurance test than expected. Pages were loading slowly for me, and the menu didn’t exactly make it easy to narrow things down or filter properly, which is always fun when you’re just trying to shop.
Checkout wasn’t much better, since the shipping details and return info felt a bit unclear. I actually gave up once and came back later, which probably isn’t the ideal shopping experience, but sure. The bags seem great, so it’d be nice if the website caught up to them.

"Return process was more frustrating than expected"
The jacket itself looked decent when it arrived, but the fit just wasn’t right on me. I figured returning it would be straightforward, especially given the price, but that’s where things started to feel more complicated than they needed to be.

The instructions weren’t very clear, and I ended up having to email a couple of times before I got a real answer. They did respond eventually, but it felt slower than I expected and left me annoyed. I wouldn’t say it was a terrible experience, but I expected the return process to be much smoother, so I probably won’t order from them again

Had this wallet for over a year. Leather still feels fine. Edges got rough though, and some stitching is coming loose. Not awful. Just thought it’d last better for the price. Shipping was fine.

"Delivery had me on an emotional rollercoaster"
The bag itself arrived totally fine, so that was a relief, but wow, the delivery process felt way more stressful than it needed to be. It took longer than I expected, and the tracking was so unclear I felt like I was trying to solve a mystery. Not a disaster or anything, but definitely just an okay experience overall

"Fit was mostly right"
I went with my normal size and it actually fit better than I thought it would. The sleeves are maybe a little long on me, but not enough to be a problem. I did check the size chart first, which helped, especially after the last one. Taking off one star just because it’s not totally perfect, but overall I’m happy with it

I ordered a leather jacket from lussoleather.com and the color was pretty much what I thought it’d be from the photos. It’s maybe just a little darker in person, but not like in a bad way or anything. Still looks really nice and works with what I wanted. "Nice leather, but the stitching isn’t quite there"
The leather feels really nice, no complaints there. But I did notice a few uneven stitches around the edges, which kind of stood out once I saw them, and of course now I can’t unsee it. It’s not a huge deal and the item still looks decent overall, but for the price, I was expecting a slightly cleaner finish

The zipper does run smoothly, and the hardware feels sturdy, so I’ll give it credit for that. That said, the finish isn’t quite as clean as I expected, which is a little annoying. Still, overall it’s decent and does the job.
